A pep talk for Democrats on the Arizona shooting
Good work everybody! But our job’s not done here. Even though this guy was deranged and had no political motives, we must continue to blame Sarah Palin and the Tea Party… maybe even George Bush? Yeah, that’s the ticket! What? You say Giffords was a fiscal Conservative and was for closing the borders? God make sure that doesn’t get out! We’ve got to play up the fact that she was a Democrat!
And yes they found copies of the left wing New Republic magazine and the Communist Party manifesto among his belongings, but don’t worry about that. Our lap-dogs in the media won’t print any of the stuff that takes away from the “right-wing” spin we’ve got going. Yes I know there's a You-Tube of him burning an American flag, but I guarantee you that won't be seen on any network we control... which is all of them... except THAT ONE WE HATE!
And great job with the “blame talk radio” angle we gave the Sheriff. Did you know he’s a Democrat? Make sure nobody brings up Hollywood movie and TV violence, violent video games, and all the other violence pervasive in society. This will not help our cause. Stick with the Tea Party-Palin angle.
Just between us, Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department was aware of his violent nature and they failed to act appropriately. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, the deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system. It was also suggested that further pressing of charges would be unnecessary and probably cause more problems than it solved. This tragedy leads right back to Sherriff Dupnik, but he’s one of us… it’s not necessary to throw him under the bus when we’ve got Palin.
Yes, I know we’ve been using
the “crosshair” references in our ads for years, and Barack even said, “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a
nobody remembers that, and we know Couric’s not going to bring that up.
ordered his supporters last year to go out and "get in people's
faces?" For God’s sake make sure nobody brings that one up. And please… no references to that guy who had his finger
bitten off by by a MoveOn.orger, or the New Black Panthers… just stay on
point. We’re making headway.
I know it’s moronic to take an insane man’s violent act and try to place a political motive to it, but it’s working… and wait till you see how well Barack plays it in his upcoming speech. It could be worth 5 points in the polls. We’ve been working on this angle since this thing happened. Hell, we got this spin going before we even knew any details. That’s the kind of fast work we do around here. A crisis is a terrible thing to waste!
And finally folks… remember that people all over the country are losing their homes. They're losing their jobs. They're losing their hope for any significant improvement in the future. We have no answers, so we must continue to distract them if we have any hope for a second term for our guy. Keep up the good work… and remember… hate speech is anything that opposes the President’s policies. If we spin “talk radio equals hate speech” just right, we could pass a bill that… excuse me folks, I’ve got work to do!
Cair-full, or a head-covering may be in your future
"Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."
So there you have it. Are we going to be vigilant, or be like the left and CAIR, who are now advocating that Muslims, because of their religion, should not be subjected to the airport-pat-downs that the rest of us are subjected to. That makes sense, because really... how many Muslims have been responsible for terrorist attacks worldwide. Oh yeah, I forgot. All of them!
